This is a results-driven, highly individualized approach to restoring balance from the inside out.

THE GOAL: a calmer baseline, faster recovery from stress, stronger emotional resilience, and long-term stability.

How It Works:

01 | Intake Form

Before we begin sessions, you’ll complete a comprehensive intake that allows me to understand how your nervous system is currently responding to stress.

INTAKE FORM

02 | Personalized Regulation plan

From there, you’ll receive a personalized nervous system regulation plan designed specifically for you.

This plan supports:

     — Immediate nervous system relief

     — Sustainable regulation over time

     — Tools that integrate into real life (not another to-do list)

Your nervous system is unique - your support should be too.

03 | 1:1 Private session series

You’ll then move into your private 1:1 series - available in 6, 9, or 12 sessions - where true regulation happens through consistency and safety. This is slow, layered work designed to help your system feel safe enough to change.

Each session is intentionally paced and may include:

     — Nervous system education (understand what’s happening in your body)

     — Somatic release practices

     — Cognitive and emotional re-patterning

     — Subconscious support (including NLP techniques when appropriate)

Regulation doesn’t happen in a single session. It happens when your nervous system feels supported over time.

Led by Paige Benninghoff

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or constantly “on,” you’re not alone and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself.

These private sessions are a supportive space to slow down, create safety in your body, and gently re-pattern the stress responses keeping you stuck in survival mode.
