Solma Studio does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, or crisis intervention services. Information shared during sessions, retreats, or through website content is for educational and wellness purposes only and is not a substitute for licensed medical or mental health care.

 

If you are experiencing a medical or psychological emergency, you agree to contact a licensed healthcare provider or emergency services immediately.

3. scope of practice

Although the practitioner may hold professional certifications, services provided through Solma Studio are offered in a private-pay wellness capacity. Participation in services does not establish a medical, psychiatric, or psychotherapy treatment relationship.

All payments are processed securely through third-party platforms such as Wix or Shopify. Solma Studio does not store complete payment details. Refund and cancellation policies, when applicable, are provided at the time of purchase or booking.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and provided through services — including text, materials, branding, resources, and educational tools — is the property of Solma Studio. Content may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solma Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in services, retreats, or use of products. Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.
