A LETTER FROM OUR FOUNDER:

I know what survival mode feels like because I lived there for years. My path into this work has been shaped by both training and lived experience. I pushed through stress, ignored emotions until I snapped, ate like crap, drank excessively. I was chronically inflamed, on edge, reactive. My back and neck and shoulders and jaw hurt all the time. I never felt rested no matter how long I slept. I spent years in overdrive, trying to hold everything together, completely ignoring how much my nervous system was suffering.

In recent years, through seasons of grief, anxiety, depressive episodes, and chronic pain, I reached the point where I just couldn't push on anymore. That's when I started learning about my nervous system and how to get out of survival mode.

Learning to understand and regulate my own nervous system completely transformed my life. It changed how I understand myself, how I show up in relationships, and the direction I've chosen for my future. It's given me the tools to shift from constant fight-or-flight into sustainable calm and ease. Now, I get to help other women experience that same empowering transformation.

I support high-functioning women who look put together and capable on the outside, yet feel overstimulated, overwhelmed, or disconnected on the inside. Through evidence-based strategies such as somatic processing, applied neurology, and practical lifestyle integration, I help you move out of survival mode into a regulated nervous system state.

My approach is grounded in science but always centered around the human experience. I believe healing should be both manageable and transformative; never overwhelming, never rushed, always personalized. Whether we’re working on stress resilience, emotional regulation, or developing daily practices that truly support your wellbeing, my goal is to help you feel safe in your own body.

So if you’re looking for a calm, evidence-informed path toward a more regulated life, I’m here to support you.
